- Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is offered exclusively by eDomains LLC (“eDomains”, “we”, “our”).
1.2. The promotion is valid only for existing or newly registered eDomains account holders with a verified email address.
1.3. Each individual is eligible for one account only. eDomains reserves the right to verify identity and ownership of accounts.
1.4. The promotion is limited to one unique user. Any attempt to use duplicate, fake, automated, or related accounts will void eligibility.
- Promotion Period
2.1. Only Add Funds invoices created and fully paid between November 28, 2025, 00:00 CST and November 28, 2025, 23:59 CST qualify.
2.2. Payments made before or after this timeframe will not be eligible.
- Accepted Payment Methods
3.1. This promotion applies to Add Funds invoices paid through any officially supported payment method, including:
- Credit and debit cards
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency payments
3.2. Any unsupported or reversed payment methods are automatically disqualified.
- How to Receive the Bonus
4.1. Eligible users must:
(a) Pay an Add Funds invoice within the Promotion Period, and
(b) Open a support ticket requesting the Black Friday Bonus within 48 hours.
4.2. Only requests via the official support system are accepted.
4.3. Failure to open a ticket on time voids eligibility.
- Bonus Amount and Limitations
5.1. eDomains will credit an additional 25% bonus based on the Add Funds payment.
5.2. Bonus is capped at USD $25,000 per unique user.
5.3. Bonus is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
5.4. Bonus may be used only within eDomains.
- Use of Funds
6.1. Funds and bonus may be used for any product or service on eDomains, including:
- Domain registrations
- Renewals
- Transfers
- Auctions
- Backorders
- Marketplace purchases
6.2. eDomains may restrict usage if abuse or suspicious activity is detected.
- Bonus Expiration
7.1. Bonus expires 12 months after being granted.
7.2. Unused bonus is forfeited automatically.
7.3. Deposited funds do not expire.
- Fraud Prevention & Abuse
8.1. eDomains may cancel or restrict bonuses for fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse, chargebacks, or Terms of Service violations.
8.2. Identity verification may be required.
8.3. Bonus may be removed at any time if manipulation is suspected.
- Refund & Chargeback Policy
9.1. Add Funds payments are non-refundable.
9.2. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, eDomains may:
- Remove the bonus
- Suspend or terminate the account
- Revoke domains or services obtained
- Recover losses or fees
- Liability
10.1. eDomains is not liable for technical issues or payment processor delays.
10.2. eDomains may modify or terminate the promotion at any time but will honor bonuses already granted.
- Final Interpretation
11.1. eDomains holds exclusive rights to interpret and enforce all terms.
11.2. All decisions are final and binding.
11.3. Participation implies acceptance of these terms.
- Governing Law
12.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts or through arbitration at eDomains' discretion.
